Freelancing In Outdoor Style (Part 3 & 4)

Well another day has arose as I traveled into a new city and on the road again making a difference to the younger generation .....

With my morning routine kicking in at 5/6am every day it was nice to have a relaxed evening before I kicked off the day with the school

Manchester for 2 days working with year 8 and 9, building up the teams and creating the memories

A selfie is always the way and by my blogs by now everyone knows it's part of the way I like to blog about my life ........

ANYWAYS ........ carrying on the with the day  with 120 rowdy children a good few activities and problem solving was the way forward to burn off some steam

Taking on new challenges is always good for the younger people, but for myself too as we I take on the world with my disabilities and medical conditions and show what I am made off.

With team building done and all children tired out it was time to pack up and head back for a nice earned rest until the next day were I interact with year 9s and show them how to work as a team

DAY 2

A person once told me that if you work and believe that you are a team then that team will succeed in building that group .....

Year 9s , what a group, teenagers are always a struggle to work with but they worked well in the activities I ran with the company and created a new beginning for most of them and challenging them to be the better person

Well that is July near enough tucked under my belt and I set sail for August to kick in my Urban Exploration and take my travels to Wales.

Keep believing who you are and as I always say if you start off with a SMILE to begin your day then you believe that you can achieve who you want to be and who you are .......

Keep dreaming and following......

Freelancing It Outdoor Style (Part 2)

As the clock moves forward and time ticks on by, the world around us soon revolves on what we do in our life and how it changes who we are as a person .........
Freelancing a word of the unknown as I take to the next few days creating memories for young people and inspire them into becoming a team and solving the problems.

#teambuilding #problemsolving #highschoolkids #beingoutdoors

The morning of my hourly routine again was the way nature takes its toll on my body and I create a free path to my mind ....

5am an hour early than last time but my body clocks into being up this early nowadays so it's nothing new to me anymore.

1) Music
2) Morning Stretches
3) Yoga & Pilaties
4) Meditation
5) Positive Thought Sayings
6) Bathroom Routine
7) Kettle On #cupoftea
8) Dressed
9) Tidyiness
10) SMILE

Keeping it local today I only had to travel into the City of Liverpool, making every step count I marched my way up to my location and started my day

A selfie is always the way into the outdoor industry and for me it's a show of freedom into nature .....

The freelancing outdoor industry is still new to me and my nerves still kick in before I start my day as being autistic sometimes has a big impact on who I am and on the medical side of things is even harder as the protacal for my seizures #noteveryoneknows however I get by, by using the three steps I have used all of my life to cope with different brick walls

#Step back
#Count to ten
#JUST BREATHE

Ever since I was little I have used that technique over and over again sometimes it works and other times it doesnt but I think about everything in my mind before I put myself forward and remember the way my Grandfather  told me to follow the path of the unknown and achieve what I believe in and believe that I can achieve and to this very day I still follow those words with me wherever I go ......

ANYWAYS ..... getting back on topic, I'm bad for always distracting myself away from reality, It was Year 8 school ages i was building up to become a team and interact with each other playing games, puzzles and many more thinking about how they work together to stick together.

180 teeneages and 6hrs later the day was over unfortunately I didn't get much photos as I was in charge of 60 children so concentration is a key point to safety

Keep following as I take my final 2 days in Manchster building natures way into team building

Freelancing It Outdoor Style (Part One)

As we take on the environment in different ways and the world shows us how it wants to be worked with I take on a few challenges myself as nature drags me into the freelancing industry as I work with different age groups and abilities as they learn how to become a team and build their way up in life .......

For my first destination a new area where I had never traveled before a place near Huddersfield a little town called Mirfield based near Leeds way, anyways I was off to work in a school environment style as I teach the young what it's like to work as a team and build up their confidence and how the world takes on it's own challenges beneath our feet.

Being somewhere new and about to work for people I am unaware of my nerves kick in big style as I live with many disabilities which a big one is AUTISM and medical conditions I don't wish to panic them but also panic myself

The technique I was about to use was a calming mechanism called "KEEP IT CALM AND BREATHE"

1) Step Back
2) Count To 10
3) JUST BREATHE

As I make my way up in the industry I must take on challenges that will help my future self become calm and understand how the world understand me.

ANYWAYS .........

Reading isn't my fortey as Dyslexic is kind of a bit of a downfall but I take on the challenge of possibly 6 months to study and read about a guy who no matter what the challenge is always comes out with a smile.

In a world of the outdoors there must also be a selfie and the way I work is a selfie is a way to learn about yourself and remember to smile and have a calming day with a peaceful mind so here it is in my new outdoor gear which is comfy and comfort in the outdoor world is always a "GOOD" thing .....

#Mammut
#Regatta Outdors

And of course it has to be "Green Clothing" as not only is it a good colour to represent nature it's also ....

1) My Favourite Colour
2) Green is a calming colour for Autistic People
3) Its a good colour

Being myself I must say I find the weirdest ways to find places, I trekked through a little side path of nature and greenish leaves "it must be green " to get to my little room of calmness " the hotel room" ............

Well 6am start and my hourly morning began with my routine I take on every day to make myself a better person to life and to rub some of that on everyone else ......

1) Music
2) Morning Stretches
3) Yoga & Pilaties
4) Meditation
5) Positive Thought Sayings
6) Bathroom Routine
7) Kettle On #cupoftea
8) Dressed
9) Tidyiness
10) SMILE

This is what gets me out of bed every morning and keeps me going for the day and being brought up a way of being respectful and polite in every single way it draws all the positiveness out of me and helps people have that SMILE that is needed to support yourself into the world of freedom.

9am and all the children gathered in as we settled down 120 of yeat 7s ready for a fun and fantastic day learning about team building and problem solving

I was based on SKIs and Gutter Ball and as each team passed threw and points were gained we had a winner at the end who gained the trophy for their team, it just goes to show how much the younger ones concentrate to build that relationship up with their class mates and learn how to solve and help each other along the way

Afternoon came round and year 6s, this was a slightly younger age so a little more challenging but who doesnt like a good challenge

The way the world works as one, we must be become one within the team and learn about each other to support and help us discover a new time the world came as one.

Keep following as I take my adventures and freelancing to the next level and discover what abilities are discovered in a world of freedom
